Garlic Butter Steak Bites & Cheesy Alfredo Twists
Ingredients:
- 1 lb steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 12 oz pasta twists (rotini or cavatappi)
- 3 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
Instructions:

- Cook Pasta: Boil pasta, drain, and set aside.
- Cook Steak: Heat butter in a skillet, season steak with salt and pepper, and cook for 4-5 minutes until browned. Set aside.
- Make Sauce: In the same pan, sauté garlic, then add heavy cream and Parmesan. Stir until smooth.
- Combine: Toss pasta and steak into the sauce, then top with mozzarella.
- Serve: Let cheese melt slightly and enjoy!
