Garlic Butter Steak Bites & Cheesy Alfredo Twists

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 12 oz pasta twists (rotini or cavatappi)
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella

Instructions:

  1. Cook Pasta: Boil pasta, drain, and set aside.
  2. Cook Steak: Heat butter in a skillet, season steak with salt and pepper, and cook for 4-5 minutes until browned. Set aside.
  3. Make Sauce: In the same pan, sauté garlic, then add heavy cream and Parmesan. Stir until smooth.
  4. Combine: Toss pasta and steak into the sauce, then top with mozzarella.
  5. Serve: Let cheese melt slightly and enjoy!
