👵🏼Ingredients👵🏼
• 🛢 50 ml of oil
• 🌾 50 g (½ cup) of flour
• 🥚 3 egg yolks + 1 whole egg
• 🥛 30 ml of condensed milk
• 🥚 3 egg whites
• 🍚 35 g (⅓ cup) of sugar
• 🍋 ½ cdta. Lima juice

👵🏼Preparación👵🏼

1️⃣ Preheat the oven: 🔥
• A 150 ° C (300 ° F).
• Prepare a mold for cupcakes with paper capsules.

2️⃣ Prepare the base: 🥣
• In a bowl, mix the oil, sifted flour and condensed milk.
• Add the egg yolks and the whole egg, beating until you get a homogeneous mixture.

3️⃣ Prepare the merengue: 🥚🍚
• In another bowl, beat the egg whites with the lime juice until they begin to foam.
• Add the sugar little by little, beating until you get firm peaks.

4️⃣ Integra and Bake: 🍰
• Gently incorporate the meringue into the previous mixture with enveloping movements.
• Pour into the cupcake molds, filling them up to ¾ of their capacity.
• Bake for 25-30 minutes, until they are golden and inserting a stick, leave clean.

5️⃣ Cross and serve: ❄️
• Let cool completely before unmolding.
