A rich, buttery, and perfectly seared lobster dish full of flavor!

📝 Ingredients:

2 lobster tails
3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Lemon wedges (for serving)
🍽️ Directions:

1️⃣ Prepare the Lobster Tails:

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
Using kitchen scissors, cut through the top shell of each lobster tail lengthwise.
Gently pull the meat up, resting it on top of the shell.
2️⃣ Make the Garlic Butter:

In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
3️⃣ Brush & Cook:

Place lobster tails on a baking sheet.
Brush generously with garlic butter mixture.
Broil for 8-10 minutes until the meat is opaque and slightly golden.
4️⃣ Garnish & Serve:

Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
Enjoy with a side of rice, vegetables, or a fresh salad!
