Honey Garlic Salmon with Roasted Potatoes & Asparagus 🐟🥔
A perfectly balanced meal with crispy, caramelized salmon and roasted veggies!
📝 Ingredients:
For the Salmon:
2 salmon fillets
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp honey
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
For the Roasted Potatoes & Asparagus:
1/2 lb baby potatoes, halved
1/2 lb asparagus, trimmed
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
🍽️ Directions:

1️⃣ Roast the Potatoes & Asparagus:
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss baby potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes.
Add asparagus to the same pan, drizzle with olive oil, and roast for another 10-12 minutes.
2️⃣ Prepare the Honey Garlic Salmon:
In a small bowl, mix honey, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat.
Sear salmon for 3-4 minutes on one side, flip, then pour the honey garlic mixture over. Cook for another 3 minutes until caramelized.
3️⃣ Assemble & Serve:
Plate the salmon with roasted potatoes and asparagus. Garnish with fresh parsley and drizzle extra sauce over the salmon. Enjoy!
