Low Carb Sheet Pan Pizza recipe
Ingredients:
Crust:
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 oz cream cheese
¾ cup almond flour
1 large egg
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
½ teaspoon baking powder (for a fluffier texture)
Toppings:
½ cup low-carb pizza sauce (look for one with no added sugar)
1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup pepperoni slices (or preferred toppings)
¼ cup cooked crumbled sausage (optional)
2 tablespoons fresh basil or parsley (chopped)
¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional for spice)
Instructions:

- Preheat Oven & Prepare Crust
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Line a sheet pan with parchment paper or grease it lightly. - Make the Crust
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt mozzarella and cream cheese together in 30-second intervals until smooth.
Stir in almond flour, egg, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and baking powder.
Knead the dough until well combined (use a silicone spatula if it’s sticky).
Roll out the dough into a thin, even layer on your sheet pan. - Prebake the Crust
Bake for 7–10 minutes or until slightly golden. - Add Toppings
Spread low-carb pizza sauce over the crust.
Sprinkle shredded mozzarella evenly.
Add pepperoni, sausage, or any other toppings. - Bake Again
Bake for 10–12 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Optionally, broil for 1-2 minutes for a golden, crispy top. - Garnish & Serve
Sprinkle with fresh basil or parsley.
Let cool slightly, slice into squares, and enjoy! 🍕
