📝 Ingredients:

For the Steak Bites:
12 oz sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into cubes
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp unsalted butter
For the Shrimp:
12 large shrimp, peeled & deveined
1 tbsp unsalted butter
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
For the Garlic Butter Sauce:
3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
For the Roasted Cherry Tomatoes (Optional):
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
1/2 tbsp olive oil
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
🍽️ Directions:

1️⃣ Sear the Steak Bites:

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Season steak cubes with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Sear for 2-3 minutes per side until browned.
Add butter, toss, and remove from heat.
2️⃣ Cook the Shrimp:

In the same skillet, melt butter and add garlic.
Add shrimp, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Cook for 2 minutes per side until pink and opaque. Remove.
3️⃣ Prepare the Garlic Butter Sauce:

In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, and parsley.
Drizzle over the steak and shrimp.
4️⃣ Roast the Cherry Tomatoes (Optional):

Toss cherry tomatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Sauté in a hot skillet for 3-4 minutes until blistered.
5️⃣ Serve & Enjoy:

Plate the steak bites and shrimp with roasted cherry tomatoes.
Garnish with extra parsley and serve with mashed potatoes, rice, or grilled veggies!
