Ingredients:
For the Steak & Shrimp:
2 ribeye or filet mignon steaks
12 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
For the Creamy Dipping Sauce:
½ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup sour cream
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon lemon juice
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Prepare the creamy dipping sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Cover and refrigerate until serving.
Season the steak: Pat the steaks dry and season both sides with salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika.
Cook the steak: Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add steaks and cook for 3-5 minutes per side (depending on desired doneness). Add 1 tablespoon butter and half the minced garlic in the last minute of cooking, basting the steaks. Remove from the skillet and let rest.
Cook the shrimp: In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of olive oil and remaining butter. Toss in shrimp, remaining garlic, and crushed red pepper flakes (if using). Cook for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
Serve & garnish: Plate the steaks with shrimp on top or beside them. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with the creamy dipping sauce on the side.
