Apple Crisp Cheesecake

Ingredients:
For the Crust:
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
For the Cheesecake Layer:
16 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
For the Apple Crisp Topping:
3 large apples, peeled and diced
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
Instructions:


Prepare the Crust:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan. Bake for 8 minutes and let cool.
Prepare the Cheesecake Layer:
Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla; mix until well combined.
