Ingredients:

2 lobster tails, shells split
8 large sea scallops
4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Lemon wedges (for serving)
Instructions:


1️⃣ Prepare the Lobster & Scallops: Pat the lobster tails and scallops dry with a paper towel. Carefully loosen the lobster meat from the shell, keeping it attached at the base.
2️⃣ Make the Garlic Butter: In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
3️⃣ Cook the Lobster: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the lobsters on a baking tray, brush with garlic butter, and bake for 12-15 minutes until opaque. Broil for an extra 2 minutes for a golden finish.
4️⃣ Sear the Scallops: Heat a pan over medium-high heat. Add a little butter and sear scallops for 2 minutes per side until golden brown. Drizzle remaining garlic butter over the scallops.
5️⃣ Garnish & Serve: Arrange lobster and scallops on a plate, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve with lemon wedges. Enjoy your indulgent seafood dish!
