Triple Chocolate Cake 🍫🎂
Ingredients:
- 1½ cups all-purpose flour 🌾
- 1½ cups granulated sugar 🍬
- ¾ cup unsweetened cocoa powder 🍫
- 1½ tsp baking soda 🥄
- 1 tsp baking powder 🥄
- 1 tsp salt 🧂
- 2 large eggs 🥚
- 1 cup whole milk 🥛
- ½ cup vegetable oil 🛢️
- 2 tsp vanilla extract 🍦
- 1 cup boiling water 💧
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips 🍪
- 8 oz dark chocolate, chopped (for ganache) 🍫
- 1 cup heavy cream 🥄

Instructions:
- 🔥 Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour two 9-inch round cake pans.
- 🥣 In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
- 🥄 Add eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla. Mix until smooth, then stir in boiling water. The batter will be thin.
- 🍰 Pour the batter evenly into the prepared pans and bake for 35 minutes.
- 🍫 For the ganache, heat heavy cream until simmering, then pour over chopped dark chocolate. Stir until smooth.
- 🎂 Once the cakes are cool, frost with ganache and enjoy!
