Frozen Yogurt Granola Bars 🍓🥣
Ingredients:
2 cups Greek yogurt (vanilla or plain)
1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups granola
1/2 cup fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries)
1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)
Directions:

Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract until well combined.
Spread half of the granola evenly on the bottom of the baking dish.
Pour the yogurt mixture over the granola and spread it evenly.
Sprinkle the remaining granola, fresh berries, and mini chocolate chips on top.
Gently press down to help everything stick together.
Freeze for at least 3 hours or until firm.
Once frozen, lift the parchment paper out of the dish and cut into bars.
Store in an airtight container in the freezer and enjoy as a refreshing snack!
