Ingredients:

2 lobster tails, halved lengthwise ๐Ÿฆž
2 ribeye or filet mignon steaks (6-8 oz each) ๐Ÿฅฉ
4 tablespoons butter, divided ๐Ÿงˆ
2 cloves garlic, minced ๐Ÿง„
Salt and black pepper, to taste ๐Ÿง‚
Fresh herbs (such as thyme or parsley), for garnish ๐ŸŒฟ
Lemon wedges, for serving ๐Ÿ‹


Directions:

Prepare the Ingredients:
Pat the lobster tails and steaks dry with paper towels. Season both sides of the steaks and lobster halves with salt and black pepper.

Sear the Steaks:
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add 2 tablespoons of butter and let it melt. Once the butter is hot and slightly browned, sear the steaks for 3โ€“4 minutes per side for medium-rare (adjust the time for desired doneness). Remove the steaks from the skillet and let them rest on a plate, covered loosely with foil.

Cook the Lobster Tails:
In the same skillet, melt the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant. Place the lobster tails, flesh side down, into the skillet. Cook for 2โ€“3 minutes until the meat is opaque and slightly golden. Flip the tails, baste them with the garlic butter, and cook for another 2โ€“3 minutes.

Combine and Garnish:
Return the steaks to the skillet to reheat slightly, spooning some of the garlic butter over them. Remove from heat and plate the lobster tails and steaks together.

Serve:
Garnish with fresh herbs and serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side. Pair with mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables, or a crisp salad for a complete meal.
