Angel Chicken Rice 🧀🍗🍚
**Ingredients:
- 3 cups cooked chicken, diced or shredded
- 3 cups cooked rice
- ½ cup butter, room temperature, cubed
- 8 oz cream cheese, room temperature, cubed
- 10.5 oz cream of chicken soup
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 0.7 oz Italian dressing mix
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 2 cups shredded Colby Jack cheese, divided
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
**Directions:

- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add cream cheese, cream of chicken soup, Italian dressing mix, and chicken stock. Stir until smooth and creamy.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked chicken, cooked rice, and half of the shredded cheese.
- Pour the creamy sauce over the mixture and stir to combine.
- Transfer to the prepared baking dish and top with the remaining cheese.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm. Enjoy!
