Chicken Parmesan Stuffed with Cream Cheese
Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Use a sharp knife to cut a pocket into each chicken breast, being careful not to cut all the way through.
- Stuff each chicken breast with the cream cheese mixture, dividing it equally among the four pieces.
- Secure the openings with toothpicks to keep the filling in place.
- Season the outside of the chicken breasts with a sprinkle of salt and pepper.
- Place the stuffed chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish.
- Pour the marinara sauce over the chicken breasts, covering them evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove the toothpicks from the chicken before serving.
- Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
