📝 Ingredients:

For the Lobster Tails:
2 lobster tails (butterflied)
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1 tbsp butter (for basting)
For the Seared Scallops:
6 large sea scallops (patted dry)
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
For the Garlic Butter Sauce:
4 tbsp butter (melted)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)
🍽️ Directions:

1️⃣ Prepare the Lobster Tails:

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) or heat a grill to medium-high.
Butterfly the lobster tails by cutting down the shell and pulling the meat out to rest on top.
Brush with olive oil, season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Place in the oven for 10-12 minutes, or grill for 5-6 minutes per side, basting with butter.
2️⃣ Sear the Scallops:

Heat butter and olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
Season scallops with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Sear for 2 minutes per side until golden brown and caramelized.
3️⃣ Make the Garlic Butter Sauce:

Melt butter in a small saucepan and sauté garlic for 30 seconds.
Stir in lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
4️⃣ Assemble & Serve:

Plate the lobster tails and scallops, then drizzle with garlic butter sauce.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
