Grilled Chicken & Corn Wrap Recipe 🌯
Ingredients:
2 chicken breasts, grilled and sliced 🍗
1 cup corn kernels, fresh or canned 🌽
1 tablespoon olive oil 🛢️
2 large flour tortillas 🌯
½ cup creamy ranch or Caesar dressing (or any creamy sauce of choice) 🥄
Fresh cilantro, chopped 🌿
Lettuce, optional 🥬
Salt and pepper, to taste 🧂

Instructions:
Grill the Chicken:
Season the chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Grill the chicken on medium heat until fully cooked, about 6-7 minutes per side.
Once cooked, slice the chicken into strips.
Prepare the Corn:
If using fresh corn, simply remove the kernels from the cob. If using canned, drain and rinse the corn.
Warm the corn in a pan for a couple of minutes to heat it up.
Assemble the Wrap:
Warm the tortillas in a pan or microwave until soft.
Layer the grilled chicken, corn, and a drizzle of creamy sauce on each tortilla.
Add a handful of fresh cilantro and lettuce if desired.
Roll and Serve:
Roll the tortilla tightly to form a wrap.
Optionally, grill the wrap for a couple of minutes to make it crispy on the outside.
