Beef Stir-Fry with Peppers and Rice 🍚

Ingredients:

1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp cornstarch
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 green bell pepper, sliced
1 small onion, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp ginger, grated
¼ cup beef broth
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp honey
½ tsp black pepper
2 cups cooked white rice
1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)
2 tbsp green onions, chopped

Directions:

1️⃣ In a bowl, mix sliced beef with soy sauce and cornstarch. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
2️⃣ Heat 1 tbsp oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add beef and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
3️⃣ Add remaining oil to the pan. Stir-fry bell peppers and onion for 2-3 minutes until slightly tender.
4️⃣ Add garlic and ginger, stirring for 30 seconds until fragrant.
5️⃣ Return beef to the pan. Pour in beef broth, oyster sauce, honey, and black pepper. Stir well and let it cook for another 2 minutes until sauce thickens.
6️⃣ Serve hot over cooked white rice. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions. Enjoy!
