For the Steak:
2 NY strip or ribeye steaks
Salt & freshly ground black pepper
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp unsalted butter
2 cloves garlic, smashed
Fresh rosemary or thyme sprigs (optional)
For the Shrimp:
1 lb large shrimp, peeled & deveined
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
Salt & pepper, to taste
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
For the Garlic Cream Sauce:
2 tbsp butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1 tsp Dijon mustard
Salt & cracked black pepper, to taste

đ˝ď¸ Directions:
1ď¸âŁ Prep & Sear the Steak:
Season steaks generously with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear steaks for 3â4 mins per side. Add butter, garlic, and herbs; baste for 1â2 more mins. Let rest before slicing.
2ď¸âŁ Cook the Shrimp:
Toss shrimp in olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. In a separate pan or same skillet, cook shrimp 1â2 mins per side until pink and slightly charred.
3ď¸âŁ Make the Garlic Cream Sauce:
In a small saucepan, melt butter. Add minced garlic and sautĂŠ until fragrant. Stir in cream and Dijon mustard. Simmer until slightly thickened. Season with salt and cracked pepper.
4ď¸âŁ Plate it Up:
Spoon garlic cream sauce onto the plate. Top with steak and shrimp. Garnish with parsley.
