π Ingredients (for the chicken):
2 chicken breasts, boneless & skinless
2 tbsp olive oil π«
2 cloves garlic, minced π§
1 tbsp lemon juice π
1 tsp dried oregano πΏ
Salt & pepper to taste π§
Fresh dill (optional) for garnish πΏ
π₯£ Tzatziki Sauce:
1 cup Greek yogurt π₯
Β½ cucumber, grated & drained π₯
1 tbsp olive oil π«
1 garlic clove, minced π§
1 tsp lemon juice π
Salt to taste π§
Fresh dill, chopped πΏ

π½οΈ On the side:
Sliced cucumbers π₯
Cherry tomatoes π
π₯ Instructions:
- Marinate the Chicken:
Mix olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, oregano, salt & pepper.
Coat chicken and let marinate for 30 mins.
- Grill It Up:
Grill chicken over medium-high heat 5β6 mins per side or until fully cooked and beautifully charred π₯
Slice into strips and set aside.
- Make the Tzatziki:
Combine all sauce ingredients in a bowl, mix well and chill π₯£βοΈ
- Assemble the Plate:
Arrange sliced grilled chicken, cucumber rounds, cherry tomatoes and a generous scoop of tzatziki.
Garnish with fresh dill πΏ
