🧑🍳 Greek Grilled Chicken Plate with Tzatziki 🍗🥒🍅🌿🇬🇷
🍗 Ingredients (for the chicken):
2 chicken breasts, boneless & skinless
2 tbsp olive oil 🫒
2 cloves garlic, minced 🧄
1 tbsp lemon juice 🍋
1 tsp dried oregano 🌿
Salt & pepper to taste 🧂
Fresh dill (optional) for garnish 🌿
🥣 Tzatziki Sauce:
1 cup Greek yogurt 🥛
½ cucumber, grated & drained 🥒
1 tbsp olive oil 🫒
1 garlic clove, minced 🧄
1 tsp lemon juice 🍋
Salt to taste 🧂
Fresh dill, chopped 🌿

🍽️ On the side:
Sliced cucumbers 🥒
Cherry tomatoes 🍅
🔥 Instructions:
- Marinate the Chicken:
Mix olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, oregano, salt & pepper.
Coat chicken and let marinate for 30 mins.
- Grill It Up:
Grill chicken over medium-high heat 5–6 mins per side or until fully cooked and beautifully charred 🔥
Slice into strips and set aside.
- Make the Tzatziki:
Combine all sauce ingredients in a bowl, mix well and chill 🥣❄️
- Assemble the Plate:
Arrange sliced grilled chicken, cucumber rounds, cherry tomatoes and a generous scoop of tzatziki.
Garnish with fresh dill 🌿
