Ingredients:
For the Steak Bites:
1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp unsalted butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp smoked paprika
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
For the Garlic Butter Shrimp:
1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tbsp unsalted butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions:
1️⃣ Cook the Steak Bites: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak cubes in a single layer and sear for 2-3 minutes without stirring. Flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes until golden brown. Reduce heat, add butter and garlic, and toss for another minute. Remove from heat and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
2️⃣ Cook the Shrimp: In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant. Add shrimp, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque. Squeeze in fresh lemon juice and toss.
3️⃣ Serve & Enjoy: Arrange the steak bites and shrimp on a platter, drizzle with any remaining garlic butter, and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve hot and enjoy this flavorful surf-and-turf dish!
