🥚 2 large eggs
🥛 1 cup buttermilk
🌿 2 tsp vanilla extract
☕ 1 cup hot brewed coffee
🧈 ½ cup vegetable oil
🍓 1 ½ cups fresh strawberries, chopped
🍯 ½ cup strawberry jam
🧁 2 cups heavy cream
🍚 ½ cup powdered sugar
🍫 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (for ganache)
🧈 ½ cup heavy cream (for ganache)
🍓 Whole strawberries for garnish

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line two 9-inch round cake pans.
In a large bowl, whisk flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Add eggs, buttermilk, oil, and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Stir in hot coffee until combined (batter will be thin).
Divide batter between pans and bake for 30–35 minutes. Cool completely.
Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. Fold in strawberry jam and chopped strawberries to make the filling.
For ganache, heat ½ cup heavy cream until simmering. Pour over chocolate chips and stir until smooth. Let cool slightly.
Spread strawberry cream between cake layers. Pour ganache over top and let it drip down the sides.
Decorate with whole strawberries. Chill before serving.
