Honey Garlic Shrimp, Sausage & Broccoli 🍤🥦
A sweet and savory stir-fry featuring juicy shrimp, smoky sausage, and crisp-tender broccoli, all coated in a rich honey garlic sauce for a quick and delicious meal.
Ingredients:
1 lb large shrimp (peeled and deveined)
8 oz smoked beef or chicken sausage (sliced)
2 cups broccoli florets
2 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp unsalted butter
4 garlic cloves (minced)
¼ cup honey
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp lemon juice
½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp salt (or to taste)
1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)

Instructions:
1️⃣ Sauté the Sausage:
Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the sliced sausage and cook for 4-5 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
2️⃣ Cook the Shrimp:
In the same skillet, add another 1 tbsp olive oil.
Season shrimp with black pepper and salt.
Cook for 2 minutes per side until pink and opaque. Remove and set aside.
3️⃣ Sauté the Broccoli:
Melt 1 tbsp butter in the skillet and add the broccoli.
Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until vibrant green and slightly tender.
4️⃣ Make the Honey Garlic Sauce:
Reduce heat to medium and add the remaining butter.
Stir in minced garlic, honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes.
Simmer for 1-2 minutes until slightly thickened.
5️⃣ Combine & Serve:
Return the sausage and shrimp to the skillet, tossing everything in the honey garlic sauce.
Cook for another 1-2 minutes to heat through.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm over rice, quinoa, or on its own.
