Garlic Parmesan Chicken Lasagna Roll-Ups

Ingredients:

8 lasagna noodles
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
1 cup ricotta cheese
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
2 cups Alfredo sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 egg
Salt and pepper, to taste


Directions:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.


Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions. Drain and lay them flat on a parchment-lined surface to prevent sticking.


In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, Parmesan, ½ cup mozzarella, minced garlic, egg, salt, and pepper. Stir until well incorporated.


Spread an even layer of the chicken mixture onto each cooked lasagna noodle. Carefully roll each noodle and place them seam-side down in the prepared baking dish.


Evenly pour the Alfredo sauce over the roll-ups, ensuring they are fully coated.


Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese on top.


Cover with foil and bake for 25-30 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for another 10 minutes, or until the cheese is golden and bubbly.


Allow the roll-ups to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
