Elevate your dinner with this mouthwatering combination of tender steak and juicy shrimp, all enveloped in garlic butter goodness! A true feast for your taste buds!
Ingredients:
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1 tsp paprika

Instructions:
- Begin by heating 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Once the oil is hot, add the sirloin steak cubes in a single layer. Allow them to sear for about 4-5 minutes, turning occasionally until they achieve a beautifully brown crust on all sides. Once done, remove the steak from the skillet and place it on a warm plate to keep it hot.
- In the same skillet, pour in the remaining tablespoon of olive oil.
- Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for around 1 minute, stirring until it becomes aromatic and golden.
- Toss the shrimp into the skillet, season with paprika, and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and opaque.
- Return the seared steak bites to the skillet with the shrimp.
- Drizzle the Worcestershire sauce and soy sauce over the meat and shrimp, then generously season with salt and pepper. Stir everything together and let it cook for an additional 2 minutes to meld the flavors.
- Carefully transfer the steak and shrimp mixture to a serving plate. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving hot. Pair with rice, mashed potatoes, or a refreshing side salad for a complete meal.
