📝 Ingredients:

2 lobster tails, split
1 crab leg cluster
2 salmon fillets
4 tbsp butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp lemon zest
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 tbsp olive oil
Juice of ½ lemon
Salt & pepper to taste
Lemon wedges (for garnish)


👨‍🍳 Instructions:
1️⃣ Preheat & Prep: Heat oven to 400°F (200°C). Split the lobster tails in half and crack the crab legs slightly for better flavor infusion. Pat dry the salmon fillets.
2️⃣ Make the Cajun Butter: Mix melted butter, garlic, Cajun seasoning, paprika, lemon zest, and parsley in a bowl.
3️⃣ Coat the Seafood: Brush the Cajun butter generously over the lobster, crab, and salmon. Drizzle with olive oil and a squeeze of lemon juice.
4️⃣ Cook to Perfection: Arrange seafood on a baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the lobster is opaque and salmon is flaky. For extra char, broil for 2-3 minutes.
