Rose Milk Cake ๐น๐ฐโจ
Ingredients:
Cake:
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour ๐พ
- 1 tsp baking powder ๐ง
- 1/2 tsp baking soda ๐ง
- 1/4 tsp salt ๐ง
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted ๐ง
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar ๐
- 1/2 cup yogurt ๐ฅ
- 1/2 cup milk ๐ฅ
- 1 tbsp rose syrup (Rooh Afza) ๐น
- 1 tsp vanilla extract ๐ฆ

Milk Mixture:
- 1/2 cup condensed milk ๐ฅ
- 1/2 cup whole milk ๐ฅ
- 1/4 cup heavy cream ๐ฅ
- 1 tbsp rose syrup ๐น
Topping:
- 1 cup whipped cream ๐ฅ
- 2 tbsp chopped pistachios ๐ฐ
- 1 tbsp dried rose petals ๐น
Directions:
- Preheat oven: Preheat to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC) and grease a cake pan.
- Prepare batter: In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. In another bowl, whisk melted butter, sugar, yogurt, milk, rose syrup, and vanilla. Combine wet and dry ingredients.
- Bake: Pour batter into the pan and bake for 30-35 minutes. Let cool.
- Prepare milk mixture: Mix condensed milk, whole milk, heavy cream, and rose syrup.
- Soak the cake: Poke holes in the cake and pour milk mixture evenly. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Top & serve: Spread whipped cream over the cake, sprinkle pistachios and rose petals. Slice and enjoy!
