Juicy Garlic Butter Steak Bites 🧄🔪
Ingredients:
Steak: 1 1/2 pounds sirloin, cut into cubes
Sea Salt & Black Pepper: To taste
Olive Oil: 1 tablespoon
Butter: 3 tablespoons
Garlic: 4 cloves, minced
Fresh Parsley: 2 tablespoons, chopped (optional for garnish)

Instructions:
Prepare Steak: Pat steak dry, season with salt and pepper, and cut into cubes.
Cook Steak: Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak in a single layer, sear for 2-3 minutes on each side, then remove from skillet.
Garlic Butter Sauce: Lower heat to medium, add butter and garlic to the skillet, and sauté until golden.
Combine: Return steak to skillet, stir to coat with garlic butter. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
Garnish and Serve: Optionally sprinkle with parsley, serve immediately.
