Ingredients:

1 lb (450g) large prawns or shrimp, peeled and deveined (tails on)
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional for spice)
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
🔹 For the Garlic & Herb Drizzle:

3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 tbsp fresh cilantro or thyme, chopped
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper

Extra chopped parsley
Lemon wedges
Instructions:
1️⃣ Marinate the Prawns:
In a bowl, toss prawns with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, red pepper flakes, and lemon juice.
Let marinate for 15-20 minutes for maximum flavor.
