Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
2 tablespoons sugar
3 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 large eggs
1 ripe mango, pureed
1/4 cup mango jam
Whipped cream and mango slices for garnish
Ground cinnamon for dusting


Directions:
Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 2 tablespoons sugar; press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
In a large bowl, blend cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing just until incorporated.
Pour half of the cheesecake mixture over the crust. Swirl in half of the mango puree. Add remaining cheesecake mixture and top with remaining mango puree. Use a knife to create swirl patterns.
Bake for 55-60 minutes or until set. Cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

Before serving, warm mango jam slightly, then drizzle over the cheesecake. Garnish with whipped cream, mango slices, and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
